Certified Yoga Instructor & Recovery Specialist


Hi, I'm Shonta "Tae", a former healthcare administrator and sales professional who transformed corporate burnout into wellness recovery.

Today, I'm a Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor focused on exercise recovery, nervous system reset, and hip and back pain relief.

I'm passionate about introducing the benefits of mindful movement to active, everyday people as a part of their overall wellness.

I teach classes weekly at DAVA Fitness & Wellness, and curate pop-up wellness events for businesses and residential communities.

I invite anyone at any age (and stage) to come and move with me.
